Possible Solutions: 

• Under the Chrome Browser, click on the 3 vertical dots  in the top right corner. Mouse over “More tools” then select “Extensions”. Click on the slider button  to the bottom right of each extension to disable it, then check to see if the problem has been fixed. You can enable and disable these extensions freely as you narrow down the cause of the issue.

• Please contact your teacher or school DTL if the problem persists.
