Summary: This document provides steps on how families can recover the email address associated with their Jeffco Parent Account using Personal Account Manager, also known as "PAM".

The Personal Account Manager or "PAM" provides parents and guardians the ability to create Jeffco accounts, obtain their username, reset their password, or change their username when needed.


If you have forgotten the email address connected to your username and password, please use these steps to recover that information.


What to Do if You Forgot Your Email Address

1. Go to https://pam.jeffco.k12.co.us.


2. Click on “Forgot Username” 


3. At the bottom of the page, click on "Forgot Email Address

   


4.  Enter your first name, last name, and check the "I'm not a robot" checkbox.  Then click "Submit"

5. You will then see this screen which displays an abbreviated version of the email address.  Please use this email to recover your username or password.  If you need assistance with your username or password, please use this article.


If you no longer have access to this email address and need it updated, please call your school for assistance.
