How to Login to JeffcoHelp
Summary: In order to see all content specific to your user type (staff, parent/guardian, community member, etc.), you must log into JeffcoHelp.
1.
If you have never created a JeffcoHelp account and do not have a district login for other tools such as Infinite Campus or Enroll Jeffco please click on "Sign Up" in the upper right hand corner to create an account. If you are a staff member or parent/guardian with an existing Jeffco account proceed to step 2.
Please provide your first name, last name, and email address where you can be contacted. Then check the I'm not a robot checkbox and click Register.
Access your email you used to register and click on the link in the email you received from JeffcoHelp.
It will then prompt you to set up a password, then click on "Activate your account".
You will automatically be signed in after activating your account, moving forward you will use the red "Community Login" button in the upper-right corner to login.

If you are a staff member or a parent/guardian and already have a Jeffco account that you use to login to Jeffco systems such as Infinite Campus or Enroll Jeffco you can log directly into JeffcoHelp, click the appropriate red login button in the upper-right corner.
Enter your Jeffco username (not email address) and password, then click "Sign in"
