Student Records and Transcripts - Retrieving Student Records Requested via the Jeffco Order Form

Records must be requested using the online Order Form.
Summary: This article explains how to retrieve the student records sent by Jeffco Public Schools after submitting an order via the Jeffco Order form.
Student records may be requested by you or a 3rd party ("the requestor") via the Online Order form. When your order is processed, the requestor will receive a confirmation e-mail from donotreplyrecordsreq@jeffco.k12.co.us. Records are sent via a secure cloud-based sharing platform.
When records are sent, the recipient receives 2 emails -1. An e-mail from donotreplyrecordsreq@jeffco.k12.co.us with a passcode.
2. An e-mail from donotreply@laserfiche.com containing the records. To retrieve the records, click the blue Get Your Files button in the email.
- When prompted, paste the Passcode from donotreplyrecordsreq@jeffco.k12.co.us into the password box
Files will download to the recipient's computer

Please check your spam folder for these emails.
The recipient has 7 days to download the files. After expiration, they must contact us to resend files.
We recommend viewing and downloading the files on a workstation (laptop, desktop, etc.)
