🔧 What is App Cache?

App cache stores temporary data to help apps load faster. Sometimes, this data can become outdated or corrupted, causing problems. Clearing the cache removes this temporary data without deleting your login or saved information.

🧼 How to Clear App Cache on Android

⚠️ Note: Steps may vary slightly depending on your device model and Android version.

Steps:

Open Settings on your Android device.
Scroll down and tap Apps or Applications.
Find and tap Campus Parent or Campus Student.
Tap Storage.
Tap Clear Cache.

✅ Done! You can now reopen the app and log in again.

🍏 How to Clear App Cache on iPhone (iOS)

⚠️ iPhones do not allow direct cache clearing like Android. Instead, you can offload or delete and reinstall the app.

Option 1: Offload the App

Open Settings.
Tap General > iPhone Storage.
Scroll and tap Campus Parent or Campus Student.
Tap Offload App.
Tap Reinstall App.

Option 2: Delete and Reinstall

Tap and hold the Campus Parent or Campus Student app icon.
Tap Remove App > Delete App.
Go to the App Store, search for the app, and reinstall it.
